Oren and Nir, the owners of Landwer Cafe, as well as Oded and Matan, Landwer franchisees operating the Rothschild branch, were looking for a location to fit their new branch. After some footwork (including by Kawasaki KLE olive-green motorcycle) and a bit of courage, I decided to contact the Manpower company, which was considered a sort of an empire and operated a branch on Rothschild Boulevard at the hottest location in town (which was completely unsuitable for an employment agency). After applying some magic upon contacting the Manpower management and conducting negotiations with the property owner (an insurance company), the property was vacated, allowing Landwer Cafe to open their new branch. Currently, the Rothschild branch is considered one of Landwer’s best. This transaction led to permanent connection and cooperation with the franchisees, which resulted in searching for another property for them: «HaGazetta» wine bar located on Marmorek Street. This transaction was also quite complex and included early departure fee and relocation of the previous tenant to an alternative location, as well as long negotiations with various property owners. «HaGazetta» is also considered one of the hottest places in Tel Aviv.
